Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Same Day Appliance Repair Los Angeles, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Call Fee

A service call fee of $89 applies to all appointments. This fee covers the technician's visit and diagnosis. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is applied toward your total cost. The service call fee is non-refundable if you decline the repair.

Estimates and Pricing

All repair estimates are provided after diagnosis. Estimates include parts and labor costs. You must approve the estimate before any repair work begins. Additional issues discovered during repair may result in a revised estimate, which requires your approval.

Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering:

• Parts installed during the repair
• Labor for the specific repair performed

The warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair, damage caused by misuse, or repairs performed by others.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. A fee may apply for returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

Same Day Appliance Repair Los Angeles is fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to appliances or damage caused by factors outside our control.
